The Glass Guru

Horrible experience. Glass door was broken in August 2023. They came within a few days for estimate. They told us they would follow up. I never received any calls. I followed up with them multiple times on when glass would be in, they said they would call. I finally talked to someone on 10/16/23. They stated glass was in for a couple weeks and they forgot to call. They set appointment for repair on 11/26 at 230p. Stated someone would call when on the way they did not call and showed up earlier. They were unable to repair and stated they needed two people to repair would be back on 11/2. He stated someone would call me to set time. No one called and one gentleman comes on 11/2 states they are just there to look at it (this would be the 3rd time someone has had eyes on the door) not repair he doesn't know when repair will be. I will not be going forward with this repair. The lack of communication , lack of follow up and lack of knowledge of the techs to repair a glass door is unbelievable.

The Glass Guru did an amazing job with the replacement of my window. They ordered my window and put it in less than 2 weeks. The team put in the window so quickly and they were so nice. Highly recommend.

Estimate for repairs was done quickly and accurately. It took a month to get the replacement window installed, which seemed a bit long but the work was done well . The installation crew was friendly, helpful and competent.
